The human body is a miracle, capable of performing the most diverse movements and giving us the opportunity to make our lives energetic and dynamic. I have always practiced various sports and tried many things. At the age of 16, I began fitness training, in addition to several years of martial arts, Thai boxing and MMA. These interests led me to study as a physiotherapist and personal trainer in Dusseldorf. As a private coach I specialize in strength and performance training as well as bodyweight training / Calisthenics, so my training style is mainly functional and athletic built on the classic strength training. The focus is on training discipline and focus. However, it is very important to me that the training is fun and set goals are achieved. Only in this way can the training be integrated into the lifestyle in the long term and you will be permanently motivated. In order to get the highest performance and the greatest training success, an optimized diet is essential and should always complement the physical training.
