Jari is the creator of “GET RIPPED!”, a five-phase fitness workout system that is strategically designed to provide variation to each exercise phase and build on early foundational gains. Jari is a certified personal fitness trainer with more than 20 years of physical fitness teaching experience, and is the co-owner of the Fitness Plus line of full-service fitness clubs. She has appeared in over 25 DVDs and travels the world to certify trainers in the scientifically proven, Get RIPPED! program. She is the author of “Love and Friends,” a celebrity low-fat cookbook, as well as many fitness articles that have appeared in publications throughout North America. She has regularly appeared on numerous television and radio shows across the United States and Canada sharing her fitness and weight-loss secrets, and had been a multi-year member of the advisory board for Fitness magazine. Maintaining her health has allowed her to play an active role in her community.
Jari specializes in strength training, functional training, cycling classes, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and bootcamp-style workouts. She has successfully trained clients from all fitness levels, and has lent her expertise to corporate trainings and girls’ sports teams. Jari offers also online coaching for clients globally who look for the chance to train with her.
Jari enjoys spending time with her family – husband Ray and two children while staying connected with her love of fitness. Maintaining her health has also allowed her to play an active role in her community. Jari gives the gift of her time to local programs that aid marginalized persons as often as she can.
