Matthew is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, corporate wellness trainer, and mindfulness meditation teacher. As a strength coach and meditation teacher, his goal is to combine the benefits of mental and physical training to achieve optimal mind and body health. A former college athlete, Matthew knows what it takes to overcome struggles and achieve goals and he can help you do the same.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Monterey Bay. He is an NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACE Health Coach, and certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. His specialties include strength training, weight loss, mobility, training for older adults, and meditation, all of which can be performed virtually (online) or in person.
