My name is Philip and I live in Orange County, California. I am a certified Personal Trainer, B. Sc. Psychology, and expert Nutritionist. I will guide you on your way reaching your personal goals and to a healthy, fit and strong body. Fitness became my passion through being a competitive Tennis player in my youth. Through weight lifting, high-intensity cardio, body weight training and healthy eating habits I reached my goals and continue to do so. Now, I want to give back to people on their journey to their perfect form. I know about the struggles and that every person is different, which is why our workouts at Royal Private Coach always match the client and meet them where they are. We are not only your trainer but also a coach that helps through every step on the way.
I am specialized on Body- weight exercises, High- Intensity- Training HIT (which is a perfect combination of muscle growth, toning, and cardio), Athletic training, Bodybuilding and Bikini Body transformation. Our lifestyle plays an important role when it comes to reaching our goals faster, and I will help you to micromanage it, by going through your diet, training habits and daily stressors.
Through modern technology, I am able to coach you where every you are in this world if you are traveling for work or on vacation. My name is Cheyenne, I am a born and raised Southern California girl. I’m a former collegiate athlete whom has played basketball for over 14 years. After my collegiate career came to an end, my professional fitness career began. I gained my certification and fell in love with being a trainer ever since and never looked back. My passion to support others has only grown more as I’ve been able to guide my clients reach their fitness goals and have a more positive outlook on their health. I’m a patient and upbeat individual who is solely invested in helping my clients succeed.
This past year I’ve had the opportunity to travel overseas, play basketball and further my training experience. My training is focused on functional movements, strength training and even sports specific training, but not limited to rehabilitation and HIIT training. I really like to incorporate body weight exercises in my training to show my clients that they can exercise anywhere, even without equipment. I can’t emphasize enough how much I value a positive outlook on fitness and maintaining a well balanced lifestyle. So, I always make sure my clients always leave my training sessions with a smile and a good sweat.
My priority is to help people gain accurate fitness knowledge to have healthier, more sustainable and positive life. Janeen has been an expert in the fitness and wellness fields for over 18 years. She has helped train and rehabilitate hundreds of people from college athletes to great grandparents. If someone needs to recover fully from an injury/health issue or prevent one in the first place, Janeen is the trainer for them. Her passion is helping people of all ages and fitness levels live their best lives. She utilizes her many years of experience and extensive education to help everyone she can.
Janeen holds a master’s of science degree in exercise science and certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine®, The Athletics and Fitness Association of America®, American Fitness Professionals Association®, and the American Senior Fitness Association®. She is certified in yoga and Pilates through several organizations including PiYo®, PhysicalMind Institute®, and STOTT PILATES Total Barre®. She is also a certified Weight Loss and Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as Pre and Post Natal trainer. She has been certified through the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support CPR since 2002.

All sessions are held with the intention to support & guide clients on their own unique path to embody vital energy for health and wellbeing. The body’s innate intelligence, the consciousness of the breath and energetic alignment are some of the tools she uses to help serve the embodiment process.
