Chase has a huge passion for fitness and helping individual feel their absolute best. He has always been involved with athletics his whole life, so personal training just became natural to him. He’s been a certified personal trainer for 6 years now and working with many 1:1 clients to reach their goals. Chase played college golf at the division 1 level for Colorado State University and also is a professional fashion model.

The focus of his training is strength & conditioning, weight lifting and also HIT were he coaches also group classes. Every time he’s working he feels a personal trainer should always be on point, care for the individual needs and think about how he can improve the life of his clients in a health way.

A south Florida native, Monica has spent the last twenty years fueling her passion for wellness, human performance and self empowerment. With what started as a healthy judo obsession in her undergraduate years, Monica spent much of that time coaching fellow students self defense and judo foundations, and was invited to help kickstart a novel children’s after care program centered around judo and academic tutoring. Realizing the need for recovery from her training regimen, she also began practicing yoga and quickly realized the benefits of breathwork and mindfulness that carried over into everyday life.

Shortly after receiving her bachelor’s degree, she began working for the president and board of trustees at Florida International University, while continuing to study principles of health and performance training in her spare time. By day she planned quarterly board meetings and directed logistics for presidential and board events; by night she practiced martial arts, studied nutrition, anatomy and physiology at the university level, completed her yoga teacher certificate and became a certified personal trainer, working with clients on a one-to-one basis and in group classes.

Through her study of various disciplines Monica realized that physical training was much more than what happens in the body – the mental and emotional components, as well as nutrition and recovery, were equally important for living an optimal life. She decided to fully enter the fitness industry as a strength trainer and group fitness instructor, beginning with Equinox and soon after forming her own personal coaching business. This evolved into co-managing Old Bull Athletics, an emerging company that integrated strength training, physical therapy, and regeneration to address the entire spectrum of client needs. To this day, Monica continues to help her clients transcend limitations and be the ultimate version of themselves.

Curtis Williams, Owner of Training C.A.M.P. is a premier sports performance coach in Miami.  He was an active player in the NFL playing for the Baltimore Ravens, New York Jets and Giants. Coach Williams teaches athletic performance focused workouts including his signature class Training C.A.M.P®, a high intensity workout that focuses on strength, speed, agility and power.
