The passion for movement came as a child and I moved to southern Germany to complete my training as a ballet dancer. I then went to Russia, France and Spain to gain more experience. In the course of my dance training, I have always integrated Pilates, floor barre, functional training and yoga into my training routine to strengthen my body and improve flexibility. I began to give the first courses and individual training sessions.
After an injury I discovered the GYROTONIC® method. I was so fascinated by the physical results that I decided to become a GYROKINESIS® trainer and to complete training as a personal fitness coach (medical fitness) deepening my anatomical knowledge and to gaining further insights into movement and training science.
I continue to work as a freelance dancer, but at the same time I want to help my clients in personal training with my knowledge of body and mind to reach their goals healthy and happy. Sometimes all it takes is a small change in mindset or lifestyle to get to your best self.
